Welcome to FocusLog. By installing our Chrome Extension or using this website, you agree to these simple terms of service.

1. Usage License

FocusLog grants you a personal, non-transferable license to install and run the extension inside Chrome or compatible Chromium browsers.

2. Local Storage Disclaimer

FocusLog operates entirely as a local script. We do not maintain server backups of your time tracking records. We are not liable for data loss due to browser profile corruptions, extension uninstallation, browser updates, or local drive failures.

3. Pro Simulation

FocusLog includes a local developer subscription simulator in its options panel. This simulation is intended for local verification and testing only.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claims, damages, or other liability arising from your use of the extension.

5. Termination

You can terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the extension from your browser.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the developers reside, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
